Zero mandatory monthly fees. Hosting is typically free, so your only recurring cost is your domain (~$10/year). Because I custom code without plugins, my sites don't require maintenance contracts. Optional retainers are available only if you want priority support.

I provide a 12-month warranty. If there is a bug in my code, I fix it free. Exceptions: If a third-party service (like Stripe or Google) updates their system and breaks a connection, or if you need fixes after 12 months, I handle those at my hourly rate.
